I cannot say enough great things about Vale Park. EVERYONE is so nice and helpful, and they take time to work with you and educate you, they don't just move you through the pipeline, and they really listen and care. I have a very fearful puppy and Caryn (bless her heart!) laid on the floor with him for almost 30 minutes to encourage him to come out from under a chair on his own instead of forcing him to engage with her.
