The staff at Vale Park Animal Hospital genuinely cares about all the animals that come through their door. I've never had a bad experience and have been coming here since 1999.
Today was my dog's first visit there and I was pleasantly surprised by our experience! To reiterate what other reviews say...EVERY person I came in contact with was kind and friendly. And I thought I went to a great vet before moving out here...but I have never had staff spend SO much time with us and explain everything they were doing and ask so many questions. The doctors and staff we have experienced. They take the time and answer all of our questions every time.
I had an emergency and the lady who answered was very cold and wouldn't get me in.. Not compassionate at all! I will never go back there
