The doctor is fine, but the staff is terrible, especially Anika in billing. She does not return calls. Her policy is to charge patients co-pays and then keep them after the insurance company pays the doctor, which can be seen as double dipping. I recommend staying away from this practice.
They made me wait months for my shoe inserts. Every time they would push it back further for "insurance reasons". One day I call and ask if I can finally get the inserts. Only to be told "Insurance doesn't want to cover it" then minutes later after being put on hold she tells me to come in. I come in and somehow insurance miraculously covers them. Only the doctor won't see me because "I told her I didn't need the doctor to fit them for me". This was a blatant lie to cover her own negligence. This whole interaction for severa... read more

All I can say is… Dr. Khoa Nguyen 10/10 personable, 10/10 knowledgeable, 1000/10 humor. very good experience for myself and my son and location is perfect for us!
