Previously I had shared a very in depth review about mold issues, multiple managers, apartments with multiple families in them and the property falling apart. I wanted to do an updated review that since we have moved 4 months ago our daughters respiratory issues have stopped and she no longer has asthma which previously she had severe asthma. We no longer wake up congested and coughing with headaches. This place is filled with black mold and I think everyone should know that.
This place is terrible. Just the worst place to stay at. There is mold all over the apartment, we’ve brought it up to management since we moved in and nothing has been done. There are termites everywhere and everything looks like it’s ready to fall to the ground. Maintenance people moved our stuff around without our permission and made a hole in the wall and will not repaid it. We have been here for less than a year and have gone through 3 managers already. The complex itself is a beautiful hidden gem in an older area of Vista, CA. Gated, safe, quiet, and located next door to Brengle Regional Park. We’ve been happy here for years, but since after COVID hit, we’ve been very disappointed with the service of management and the owners. We’re actually in process of moving now because the things have gotten so bad. We’ll never recommend living here to anyone until ownership starts to improve the facility. If I could give it 0 stars I would but it doesn't let me. First of all the manager never answers the phone. I have emailed her to get information and she takes FOREVER to email back. I have gone to the property several times during "BUISSINESS HOURS" and no one is there. I got in once when a tenant was on the way out and walked around and waited for the manager but no one never showed up. This place is a hidden gem! Not only is the property such a unique and quaint place to live management is great as well! Always so helpful!
