Dr Bishop and his staff seem to really care about their patients. Everything was communicated to me which made me feel at ease. I am so happy to have found a place I feel will have my best interests at heart. I came from recommendations from other friends that go and I am sure glad I did.
Valdosta Family Medicine has the most incompetent Administration. I said it years ago and said I'd never be back but tried again today and again completely incompetent and a huge waste of my time. Dr. Bishop nice guy, good doctor but I do not recommend that office for anyone.
Hate to get sick but so Happy we have Great Professional people and Friends that can take care and help us get better here!!!

The customer service is horrible, I have been a patient for many years and currently I am very displeased with their customer service. I arrived 3 minute pass my appointment time cut off and after signing in and waiting 15 minutes I was told they were going to have to reschedule me. Now my last appointment with them I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to be seen and was not rescheduled. I asked if they planned to bill me, front office had to go and ask several people to come up with a no, now question is, will I get another no sh... read more
