Valdosta family medical saved my life about a year and a half ago and I will never go to another doctors office. They decided to give me a shot of rocephin before sending me to the emergency room and my surgeon told me if not for that shot I wouldn't have made it through the surgery. The shot started working on my body immediately and helped to reduce the infection that caused me to be in septic shock.
I'll never go there again . Especially when they come to my job and run my insurance card every year and never ask me for my debit or credit card to be put on file. They never explain anything to me. The service I received was nasty.
Hidden fees that was not told to me up front.
I have been using Dr Bishop for years. I wouldn't want to ever change. My husband even likes him and it's hard to get him to a Dr.

I so love the VFM you can't beat Dr.Smith ..I have been seeing him sent we was in the old doctors building...and he still has that great bed side manner.
I understand some establishments have dress code requirements such as "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service." But for Valdosta Family Medicine to turn away a patient that made an appointment and paid in cash for said appointment just because of the shirt they were wearing is ridiculous. I have NEVER heard of such nonsense. Shame on you, Valdosta Family Medicine!!!
Had my first visit with Dr Bailey he was awesome so glad I change doctors.
I love VFM, Dr. Pierce, Jeff, and his other associates. They have helped with so many "scares" of mine. God Bless!
