The best roofing company in town. My parents had defective shingles on their house. They went through almost every roofer in town before Valdez was able to finally fix their roof right. When our roof was recently damaged, I knew they were the ones to call. They were honest and professional. My roof is fixed right. I couldn't recommend them more.
I called as I needed a new roof, paying cash....they never returned my call so I called J Ferg Pros.
Worst customer service ever. After a year l a terrible they come back and try to say I owe more money a year later and they forged my signature on my contract. I have original contract and they sent me a totally different one. They re crooks. Now with no answer and there still bugging me saying that I owe them money. Roof is leaking and and will not fix. So now I'm out warranty and the money there saying I owe that was already paid for. Initially I was 7100 then they came back and added another 1500
