In the beginning I was impressed with the doctor and her assistant knowledge. The front desk was found wanting but it was not too bad. Front office kept calling me during hours of work when I have explained that I can not answer my phone. The reason I am giving a two is because I have been leaving messages for an appointment for over two months and no one has called me back to either schedule or to give me some type of explanation. My family and I were patients for over 12 years and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m over this place they are so unorganized and the physicians bed side manners have gone to ____! The wait times are 2-4 hours! Dr Valdez you need to retire and stop just taking money from insurance and people!
Horrible service can't see a Dr or a NP for TWO WEEKS. I'M SICK TODAY NOT IN TWO WEEKS.
Dr. Valdez was great when I used to be her patient. I even recommended family to her. Mistake! The unfortunate thing about being her patient was and still is... that you have to go through her terrible staff to be seen by her. Bad customer service. Lesson: Treat people the way you want to be treated. Treat people the way you would want your beloved family and friends to be treated.
Dr Valdes is a wonderful physician but her staff is unreliable. They ignore phone calls, go to lunch early, return late and neglect referrals and lab orders, leaving patients without medication or treatment. Dr is great. Staff stinks.
Dr. Is great she pays attention to everything you tell her about how you feel. She is there to help you feel better with any medical condition you might have. If there's something she is not able to help you with personally she will recommend you to the right doctor for your specific condition.
my visit was very professional her crew is very good and the doctor was able to take care of a problem that i had for a long time i will continue to have her as my main doctor
Dr. Valdes has been my physician as well as my parents, siblings, and now my children's physician for many years. She is trustworthy, intelligent, caring, and really listens. She looks at you as a whole person and not just symptoms. I will never go to another Dr. And I always recommend her. Veronica is her front desk person and she is always friendly, helpful, and informative. I love Dr. Valdes and her staff. They are kind and caring and really take their time to help you. People in other reviews complain about the wait time but I don't want a doctor that rushes in and put. Dr valdes takes her time and listens to all concerns and questions and does everything she can to help you. Veronica at the front desk is always extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond in getting referrals for me.
