They appraised two of my properties recently, first one they appraised about million dollar less than what it would cost to remodeled. End up going through different appraisor and different bank . Again same thing happens recently. They might be good but didn’t work for me .
We use this appraisal company for appraisals, evaluations, etc. They are always fair and give plenty of detail on how they come up with their values. We enjoy working with everyone on the team!

Terrible appraisal on our newly remodeled packing house at Big Cabin. Our actual expense was over 4.1 million they appraised it at $2.5 . Appraiser didn't have a clue
