This review is solely based on pricing. I just called regarding an appraisal for a single wide mobile home located in Rosamond, CA. I spoke to Eddy and he wanted $1500 for a full appraisal. They are price gouging, I already found a better offer. If you want to pay more than you should, this is the place for you.
