I bought the product, Valaiss Switzerland in Las Vegas on Fremont Street, it's for the puffiness under the eye. They put it on and IMMEDIATELY it showed no puffiness. I bought and paid $300 for it. When I received the product the packaging appeared to be the same thing . I put it on that evening, per instructions, on a clean and moist face and nothing happened. In Las Vegas, the Fremont got called into the store, was showed their products, received an eye test, purchased the Eye Serum & Lifting Cream. Excellent products, kinda pricey, but so well worth it. YES I would recommend 👍

The eye lift serum does not work, moisturizer is so drying on my face. We got our products at Aria, how can I return for a refund. I live in Texas

My husband and I purchased this product in September last year. We spent 495.00. So Joseph demonstrated the product. Looked great. I was told numerous times during that demonstration that I could get refills for a full year when needed for both myself and my husband. Also told to apply the under eye cream weekly and it will make the wrinkles be gone. Magic cream?? NOT, I have both emailed and called the 1-833 number over 30 times in the last month.
