Everyone was very nice and appeared to be very happy to see me. Greeted me by name when I entered the building. Did a great job with dental work too! I switched to this dentist after a friend told me how great his experience was. I'm glad I did.
Staff was able to get me an appointment very soon after I discovered I had cracked a crown. Check in for the appointment was quick and easy and I was escorted back to an exam room on time. My dental assistant took photos of the cracked crown and X Rays. The X Rays were a bit difficult to get as the crown was in the back of my mouth. She got another Dental technician to assist her and I was amazed that she held the sensor in my mouth while the other technician took the X Ray. Dr. Sexton and her crew have always listened to my concerns. The atmosphere is professional, friendly, and the staff is there to meet the needs of the patient. I couldn't ask for a better dentist.
The visit went great. Amazing service, quick and super friendly. Didn't have any questions. The only issue I really had was I was numb in the front upper left quad for 15 hours. I didn't not expect that and was worried. When I called to ask I went to the emergency line as expected and it went straight to voicemail. The voicemail only gives a phone number as a greeting. I didn't leave a message because I didn't want to disturb anyone's Valentine's evening. I'm a little sore on the right side as expected.
