Doc Sexton and Jess are both delightful I am very pleased with all personnel at Val Verde, both in terms of competence and personality.
I appreciate that my time is important and my appointment time is always on time. Everyone in the office is kind, friendly, and helpful when I have questions. i don't feel like I can't ask questions... they are very inviting of questions and always answer my questions to my comfort level.
I cracked my denture and called the office. They got me in 1st thing in the morning and within 5 hours I get a call to say they're back from the lab... unbelievable and amazing. Not only that, I was only charged the lab fee which is above and beyond. These are only a couple reasons I will always be back: service, courtesy, genuine care... like I said, over the top! Thanks a million.
