I have used Val Moore to manage my property in South Huntsville for approximately five years. I have been very pleased. She has always notified me quickly of any issues and resolved them as directed. I had used other property management companies in the past, and Val Moore is the only representative I would recommend.
I have know Val Moore, through our church, for more than 30 years. I find her to be very honest and trustworthy. She has handled my real estate rental for four years. Very pleased with my tenants and her management of the property. I had one tenant for 6 months who paid a premium for a six month lease. One tenant for three years. And a new tenant of 4 months. I have never lost money on a tenant and my property has shown no damage during this time.
In 2010 We used Val Moore Realty to rent our house in SW Huntsville and the tenant she placed in our house had a history of not paying his rent/bills, Val Moore fabricates of the tenant’s good character and background to us were NOT true, AND she did not even bother to do proper screening of the tenant. She knew this same tenant owed another of her clients for three months rent and STILL moved this tenant into our house.
