My instinct is to praise positive experiences and write off the ones that are meh but this was the worst service I've had in a long time. Really unprofessional and when I called to complain, they never bothered to call back. I wouldn't go there again for free.
I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN. DIDNT EXPERINCE MUCH PAIN AT ALL FOR BRAZILAN AND LEG WAXS , THE LADY WAS AMAZING SHE ALWAYS CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE OKAY CANT WAIT TO RETURN BACK.

Had Groupon for hot stone massage and mature facial. Got basic massage and facial. Had to carry clothes from each room. At least give basket for clothes or locker? It's meant to be a spa. Told front of desk that I didn't get what was paid for on Groupon. She just looked and me and said ' oh sorry'. Looked away. The therapist were nice just need to be professionally trained.
Worst mani pedi experience of my life. The lady kept saying how excited she was to go home and how I was her last appointment of the day. My mani pedi took less than an hour and she left while my fingers and toes were still in the drier. They ended up getting ruined when she bumped the drier for my nails. Would not recommend at all. Terribly unprofessional.
I'm a massage aficionado and Val El offers THE BEST massages in town. Plus, the staff is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. Love Val El Salon.
