I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The doctor and his staff are great!
I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when I saw the facility, they explained all the new techniques & equipment, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Then too, as soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They are SO kind and caring, and they GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help with what they can, are extremely good communicators and listen to you. too.
