I've been living here for 2 years and since the new management took over in January 2020, everything has went down hill as far as the way residents are treated. My washer machine broke down 2 weeks ago and after emailing and calling nothing was done. It took me to have to go to the Parent Company for them to actually have maintenance come and look at a washer machine that they apparently ordered a part for. RecommendedI relocated to Dallas and looked at 3 apartment complexes. I chose Vail Quarters because of the staff and location. The new management company is awesome and Kathy and the new staff are amazing. I love my apartment and how quiet the community is at night.
The outside of the community is beautiful and well maintained. The insides are great and up to date. A few of the pluses are 1st floor wood floors, large garden bathtubs, and valet trash with trash can provided. i love this place i used leave there unfortunately they don’t have available apt
2nd year here. Only complaint is parking. Still gets 5 star for all the good things I can say about the quality and area.
Almost everything is ok. Except for a few things the complex is nice and clean.
