Significantly improve service for the Epic Pass purchase/renewal process. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes just to try and speak with customer service !!
We chose a unit approximately three days prior to our arrival. Though the unit was not great, it was very inexpensive for the area and we accepted the conditions due to price point. What was not acceptable was the dismissive tone of most everyone we interacted with. My first phone call to them was the night prior to our arrival when I had not received the address or arrival instructions. Watched a lift operator allow a snowboarder with an open beer can go up Sunrise Lift at Kirkwood Resort. Emailed Vail Management about incident. No response. Not renewing my Epic Season Pass. Profits ahead of safety.
FIX THE CONTACT WEBSITE!
What a joke this company is. Checked in to a condo this afternoon, found the front window is not secure so called the 24 hr answer service on the number provided on the info sheet in the condo. First call I made the person did not even recognize the unit we were staying in and basically thought I was lying about even being in a condo rented by Vail Management.
