Change is inevitable I get it but you get used to people and it can be jarring when long standing staff members leave. This office is no different however the quality of care has remained consistently great! I have never had any problems that is why my rating is a five.

I had miscommunication with scheduling my three children for cleanings. I was under the impression they were all three being done at the same time and in actuality they were staggered 20 minutes apart from each other. I had taken them out of school for this and did not expect to be as gone as long as we were. In addition, when discussing this with the front desk I was asked if I would like to be referred to a different dental practice. It was very unprofessional and very uncomfortable. They are absolutely wonderful! They give you thorough and comfortable exams. They are very patient and have the answers to all my questions. The are very willing to work with me., and they do not force any decision on me. I have never gone to suvh a fantastic dentist where everyone in the practice, from front desk to dentists and denturists are so knowledgeable, friendly, and an ************ to work with. This is my dental office forever!!!

The staff and physicians are really nice. I do not like going to the dentist in general, but have had three very positive experiences. I have referred my adult children. The office is clean and beautiful with TVs for every chair.
