Decent filet for a cheap chain steakhouse. Not the quality expected at an expensive steakhouse on the edge of the Vail Lionshead gondola. The friendly waiter didn’t seem to care when I ate half of the steak and told him it wasn’t up to par. Instead have the king crab that my wife thought was very good. P.S. The string beans weren’t edible. Not a big deal as the skiing has been fantastic.

Service service service! I wandered in on a off season Monday night and everything was incredible. It’s harder to get it right when it’s super slow and these guys nailed it! JT the bar manager was serving tables too tonite and was awesome. Kitchen was on point. i’ll be back tomorrow night too

From the ambiance to the food, Vail Chophouse has it all. Great out door wasting area, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the key lime martini made for a perfectly light but sweet dessert cocktail. I highly recommend this place for all occasions. Officially our new favorite place to eat in Vail / Beaver Creek Colorado.
