the nurses attitude was horrible and the front desk did not welcome me in have a hard time remembering stuff when I when I forgot something they would have treated me like I was an idiot if I could I would rate it lower than a one star I would.
My experience from setting up an appointment to getting my treatment was really easy. Dr Atabakhsh and his staff are really kind, professional.
I just got off the phone with one of the staff members to reschedule my appointment because I came down with the flu,and mind you I had already called yesterday to try and reschedule it, but no one answered so I left a voicemail,so when I called them back this morning to try and reschedule it she then proceeded to tell me I have to call back in threes months because of last minute cancellation,I said whatever and she tried saying something else but I said thank you and that's when she got rudder,so I will be reaching out to ... read more
I had a really positive experience with Gentle Endodontics when getting a root canal done on my front tooth. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Atabakhsh was very kind and gentle throughout the procedure. Calling the office and scheduling was a breeze too. I’d highly recommend Gentle Endodontics for anyone looking to get a high quality root canal done.
To anyone about to go to this place, please read what I have to say and reconsider going to this inhuman place. Their secretary made up her own rules as if she was in charge of the whole place. They gave me a whole separate appointment to just "talk" about what they were gonna do when they could've just told me when they were gonna do it. I have bad anxiety about doctors and dentists so my doctor gave me some medication to take for this appointment so I could remain calm.
