Excellent patient care. Dr. Cepkinian answers all of your questions with details. No waiting in the waiting room. Dr. Cepkinian is punctual, at all times and works with professional staff.
Dr. Cepkinian has given me a new knee and the whole process could not have gone better. He is congenial and thorough. My total knee replacement is perfect. He must be a wizard too because my knee was a mess!
Dr. Cepkinian is very skilled, knowledgeable, and has great rapport with patients. His office staff are also efficient and caring.

Literally lost my job because of this doctors office. I tore my rotator cuff and have been unable to work my labor-intensive job. My employer let me take a leave of absence, I just needed visit notes from my apts. Dr. Cepkinian is not a bad doctor, but the office manager Lia was always rude and never completed my paperwork for my job on time. I had to physically go into the office multiple times to get anything done. Lia still did not complete my paperwork and my job let me go because of this.
