Our appointment was 9:15 even we showed up at 9:07 to make sure about any paperwork or other stuff but dr saw us at 11:50 which is not acceptable at all and staff dose not care about people time and respect them saying we are shortage on staff you have to understand I don’t understand why we have to understand we getting appointment to secure about time and respect others time as well Becuase this situation i canceled my 2 appointments with my customers complete was disappointed I know

Dr. Cepkinian has given me a new knee and the whole process could not have gone better. He is congenial and thorough. My total knee replacement is perfect. He must be a wizard too because my knee was a mess!
