I think people forget that its their job to do as much research on a car as possible before they purchase. I went in, I brought my mechanic, I had him inspect it, we went on a test drive, the car drove GREAT! Overall they had decent prices, they worked with me on the down payment and I got a great car, because I chose a great car. These guys were easy going and professional and very upfront. I would definitely be going back. 3 months later and my car is still running great!
I was a little worried at first after reading the reviews. I went to the location in paramount and bought a toyota camry. Everyone was nice and they didn't seem like they were out to get me. I would have gave them 5 stars but i did have to come back and get an alignment done. They took care of it and didn't argue to me about it which is nice. Other than that I've had by car for 3 weeks now and haven't had any problems.
i WENT IN TO THE LOT NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT OF COURSE, BUT IT WASN'T AS BAD AS THE REVIEWS I'VE READ SAID. EVERYONE'S EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT AND PERSONALLY SPEAKING, DUE TO MY CREDIT MY OFFER WASN'T BAD AT ALL. OF COURSE I HAD TO LEAVE A DOWN PAYMENT BUT AS FAR AS MY MONTHLY PAYMENT, IT WAS A GOOD DEAL. AGAIN, DUE TO MY CREDIT.
I needed a car for me and my 2 kids. I didn't want a big suv just something that has enough room for all of us. The sales person was really nice and patient with me. Finally decided on a Nissan Murano and so far i think it was a good choice. I was surprised when I went to write a review since i didn't read these before i came here. From my experience, this can't be the same place. I had a good time and I'm recommending them to my friends and family.
This place is unethical... I bought a car in November 2015 it is a lemon 5000 worth of engine problems. .. Freddy sam and George Felicia are all lairs and as soon as they are paid by the financial company they don't care about anything else!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. CURRENTLY FILING A LAWSUIT WITH SEVERAL OTHERS
