Can't adjust the temperature in the room. It's either fan/AC or nada. Bugs don't come out that much unless you yourself are dirty so it's a good deal for the price as long as you keep the room clean so as not to attract unwanted bugs.
This place is an old motel that's been run down for years. They have a few rooms that are slightly remodeled but they still have roaches. I spent 3 nights with a friend and I didn't sleep. Don't bother asking for a refund. The owner will lie about things like broken heater or anything to not give money back. Not as many hookers outside as there used to be and a few homeless. The roaches are smaller so maybe they are trying.
