If you need your vaden serviced go to Hilton head. It’s a drive but you have way more competent staff working on your vehicle. The first time I got serviced I waited 3 hours and finally text asking for updates. And they said they called and it didn’t go through and they don’t know why they didn’t text when it was done. That was October. I figured I would give them one more chance. Today 1.5 hours after my apt time I got a call from them. They can’t find some part needed to do my oil change.
