Both VADEN Cadillac as well as Marty Neal were excellent to work with throughout the entire process - All our vehicles are serviced at VADEN and working with Marty as well as finance (Nathan) made the process smooth and to our liking. We totally recommend VADEN Cadillac / Chevy to all !

Our 2022 Cadillac XT5 needed an oil change and servicing so we made an appointment and fortunately our service advisor was Roy Johnson. Roy is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I appreciate having a service advisor who listens and considers what is good for the customer’s needs vs just pushing a laundry list of things that they “could” do. I may be a little late with my review. I bought a ct5V blackwing from Vaden in February. These cars are not readily available and it’s a narrow market. I dealt with Marty and the entire experience was fabulous. Straight forward easy fair deal and it could not have gone smoother. Reason for my late post, we’re buying a Hyundai and when I saw Vaden sold them in statesboro based on my Brunswick experience we chose them.
I can not express enough how happy we are with our purchase and the level of compassion and patience Jeff and Miguel gave us. There is no one else we would trust with our car buying!
