My family has been in a nightmare of a situation regarding a vehicle we purchased back in November 2015. From the top down..nobody has shared any concern for my family or any compassion regarding the situation. Nobody is actively trying to resolve the situation. Nobody ever returns phone calls from the corporate office after being promised that "one of the managers Will be contacting us asap". 3 weeks later and still no calls back after multiple attempts! Absolutely not military friendly.
