Had a decent experience for some time with 3 dentists at this Vadadent office in ******** until one day I was late to an appointment and the front receptionist scolded me and said well we can rebook or if you want to wait & see if other client is not here by 5 pm, So client doesnt show at 5 ****** say ok so I am good to go with my appointment AND her response is well even though I promised you I think I will have you wait longer, at this point Im very upset. I experience the same thing with Valvadent Dental. Each time I would come in, it was a money grab. I have excellent dental insurance, yet each time I came in, the dentist kept encouraging me to get more and more dental work that was not covered by my insurance. Under the guise that if I don't get these procedures (crowns on teeth that did not require root canals). First, this place does not cater to people that are sensitive to pain. Second, they price gauge. My insurance was over billed, plus I paid a lot in cash. I had informed the dentist that I was diagnosed with Lupus before my visit and before he started the work. I did this so he would be aware that I would heal slower than a normal patient. His response was "got it you'll be fine." So my system is really weak. So it doesn't take much for me to relax. They put me on a machine nitro oxide for 20 minutes that didn't work and char... read more

First, this place does not cater to people that are sensitive to pain. Second, they price gauge. My insurance was over billed and I paid cash all the while the work that was done fell out with an infection that started to form. Why is it so hard to find a good dentist? I found this place through a recommendation. I was told to ask for Dr. Tabibi, I thought all the dentist that were there were experienced. Boy was I wrong!!!

the dentist so rude unprofessional doesn't know how to engaged with patient.but the staff name abby maria very friendly and very nice also the x ray guy forgot his name...

Everyone is nice at this location It’s just that they take forever to call you I waited 40-60 minutes in the lobby and when I sat in the chair they took an additional 20 minute to get started on me
