I wrote a review yesterday about how bad Vacenti is to work for and how badly they treat staff and residents. I have seen residents with chronic wounds not attended for over a week and the smell and state of wound was disgusting. they are the worst payers of all Aged care companies and constantly work understaffed. they dont replace staff because it cost too much money. if they were a supermarket no one would shop there because the service and care is so bad. i wonder how long this review will remain for people to see?
