We stayed at Splash 2104 East Tower for 3 nights. The experience was unpleasant and disappointing. • The balcony was closed, and the balcony doors were locked from outside due to construction. We are very disappointed. If we knew about this before, we would not have booked this unit or staying in this building. The whole reason we wanted to stay in the high floor is to have the nice once view, and now there is basically no views since the view were blocked by the construction ropes and equipment. • Part of the swimming poo... read more

They give you very good instructions before you arrive, great selection of properties. I have stayed in over 20 properties all over the US and this was as clean and good as any. Easy check in, explained parking which is a big deal when it is the busy season.
