Chris and Janine were brilliant, we had a little problem with our air con and as soon as i rang to inform them Janine was at the front door with fans to help with the heat, she got the problem fixed as soon as she could and even looked into other options for us as she was truly concerned about making our holiday perfect..and she/they did...nice people..we will be using you again on our next trip..thank you xx
