It's a shame that we can't give zero stars... Worst service I ever had. They had a fake website of an hotel in Dominican Republic and make you think you're actually dealing with the hotel. In addition of that scam, worst service ever. Do yourself a service: RUN!
Very sneaking company. They use the baite and switch tactic. After having a conversation on the phone with them, I also learned that they are unprofessional due to the fact they are ingnorant , incompetent, inefficient, negligent and above all unethical.. I pick one star because you have too.
