This place stole our money. We did not get what was promised. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! And UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

They were great when they were lying to me until they got my money. After I paid, they don't even answer the phones or call back.
My family and I used VRC for our vacation in June 2021. At first they were unorganized and had given inaccurate information. After having the call escalated to a higher person. My husband and I was nothing but satisfied with the customer service that we had received . The quality assurance manager Jonathan D. treated us with the upmost respect. They are not accommodating, we purchased a packaging from them and was told that it could be upgraded if needed. Understand that things may change, however we purchased in good faith and now they will not honor or refund. Was simply told things change!!!!
