We have used this company many times. John Clark has always been very fair and extremely nice. I would give them an A+ rating!
Difficult to work with House was not in great shape
Grounds were beautiful but condo was outdated, and in need of maintenance, door knobs hanging off. Shower knobs a guess as to which way was hot and cold. Balconies covers in wasp nests, couldn't even sit on them. Furniture was extremely old and torn apart and worn out. And on top of that. After we got home call to inform us they are charging me an extra $200 Dollars besure the condo was supposedy covered in animal hair and their was pet urine on the rugs when we do not even have any pets what so ever.
