Renter Beware: Location we stayed had a leaking roof and an unsafe environment that would not pass building code. Vaction Rentals are unresponsive. Rent at your own risk.

We encourage our guests to leave reviews, however, the fact that you have created such untruths just because you did not get your way is very sad on your part. Yes, the rental you were staying in unfortunately had the roof start leaking, so we moved you to a much nicer and more expensive ocean front unit and you still demanded a full refund after you stayed there an entire week and threatened us with a bad review if we didn't give you a full refund.
RecommendedFantastic people to deal with, our condo was so nice and very relaxing had a great time! Would definitely recommend this company.

I see where all the other negative reviews have been removed also. So I will try again.... I booked a rental through Airbnb. After my booking was confirmed and it was past the 48 hour full refund cancellation policy, they sprang up a new charge of $100 for a pet fee. Their listing said pet friendly, and did not have a pet fee listed on their page. Our pet is a registered emotional support animal. unfortunately my family and I are having to struggle with this company to respond to a refund request. due to the COVID circumstances, federal travel restrictions, and that fact that my wife is a docter at a hospital in new england, we are forced to cancel our reservations for our May vacation. hopefully they respond with a more considerate approach.
We spent a weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Ocean view just off the beach, with good food and sightseeing nearby! Easy check-in and out!
these people are eefusing to give back deposits because they are closed due to covid19. I'll never do business with crooks like this
We rented a condo that was very nice, the people we worked with were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent from them again.
