We stayed at one of their properties in Carnelian Bay, Lake Tahoe. The property was perfect and in a wonderful location. The management team went above and beyond to help us with our booking very last minute. We were having terrible bug issues with another Airbnb/management team (Avari - don’t use them), this team did everything in their power to help us at 8pm. Recently rented one of the properties in South Lake Tahoe, It was spacious, clean and updated. I was impressed and will most likely be returning with our group of 7. Also all cabinets were full of pots, pans ans essentials that made our trip even more delightful. If i could give 10 stars i would. We have been going for 6 yrs and this will be the one we keep returning too. Thank you for offering your lovely home. 😊
I have rented homes in South Lake Tahoe multiple times with VRA and have always had a wonderful experience! My most recent experience TAKES THE CAKE. I came into South Lake Tahoe after a huge storm came in it. It was 8 pm and I return to our rental after fighting through challenging road conditions to find the driveway of our rental 4 feet high with fresh snow. We have rented with VRA twice for homes in Tahoe. We have had great experiences both times. The team is responsive, the homes have matched the photos presented online. We will rent from VRA again!
Not good. The snow plow has been here once since we've been here (five days). The refrigerator is broken and no response since we reported it two days after we were here. The oven was dirty we took possession of the property and smoked the kitchen up when we used it. The security alarm sensor at the casement window in the kitchen fell off two days ago. This has been disappointing to say the least.
