Great location in union square short walk to trolley , shops & China town. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel decor was very beautiful. The room was very comfortable with a king bed with lots of pillows. (FYI I did NOT experience any staff attempting to sell timeshare's I was concerned when I read other reviews ).
