I booked an appointment, waited for 30 minutes past my window and no one showed up to the appointment. I’ve left two messages and sent a text via the website to make sure I am refunded the $99 fee that I prepaid, but have received zero response. On top of that, I booked to avoid having to rush to the next town over to an urgent care which I ended up doing anyway. Luckily, they were able to get me in before they closed. I don’t even like leaving negative reviews, but I just want someone to answer so I can get my money back.

While on our recent visit to Maui we used Vacation Medicine’s telehealth service and could not have been more impressed. It was half the cost of a visit to the closest urgent care center and we had our appointment within 5 mins of our enquiry. The entire experience was seamless, professional and incredibly efficient. We couldn’t recommend this service highly enough.
