helpful and fast
Booked an appointment, they took my payment, then they didn’t get on the appointment. They don’t answer their phone, they don’t return calls or emails. They have AI text you. Scam alert, l give the benefit of the doubt but it’s been over 24 hours and they still haven’t reached out to apologize or anything. Bad business practice for an online urgent care.
Scheduled an appointment for this morning, online signup was smooth. But then no one got on the meeting link nor answered their office phone. Auto replies that did not answer my question on why they were not on my appointment. Promptly took my payment but now being ghosted.
Dr. Carlson, MD, provided an excellent telemedicine experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The virtual visit was convenient, efficient, and just as thorough as an in-person appointment.
