We booked and received confirmation after we paid for a week for our family in one of their Miami/South Beach apartments. After we booked our flights the company emails us to say the rate was not correct and they will not honor the rate as advertised. They then cancel our reservation and refund our money. Complete bait and switch on their advertised prices. Completely unethical/illegal.
