I called to question if they worked on my type of vacum. They did not. The person on the phone was both pleasant, and informative. I appreciated the candor. I would do business here
Only place to buy a sweeper in Galesburg. Great staff
Rude rude rude! Before I could even get the words "Hi, How are you?" out of my mouth I was told in a very demeaning and rude manner that they do not work on my type of vacuum. I can understand that their business specializes in a certain type of vacuum. That's fine. I started to ask general questions about vacuum cleaners, in general, not about mine specifically, to see if they had any pointers or knowledge to share, and I was again met with a horrible attitude and tone.
