I noticed all my appointment, were on time as scheduled. Love it.
Helpful, caring staff
The staff here sucks! You call for an appointment then never hear anything. Call back a week later and they have no record of your previous call. Or they transfer you to other VA offices. One day I was transferred back forth from them and John Cochran 4 times because none of them know how to do their job.
Very unorganized meesd up my appointments never call me back.
