If you have any issues with your mental, I implore you to go elsewhere. One visit with the psych set me back years. Not sure who gave her the job but I couldn't think of a worse nightmare than my visit. I have pretty severe social anxiety, insomnia, and trouble with my appetite. This "Dr" put notes in my file stating she feels I was on amphetamines. I was 100% honest about all drug use and to have that used to put something in my medical chart is completely unacceptable. UPDATE!!! Stay away from Dr. Izuzuka (mental health) This doctor bullied me and got away with it! I recommend dr Gandy as he is caring, respectful, and has never said anything outrageous to me. Terrible health care. Pretty much NIL! Don't answer phone, won't call back, won't respond to secure message and when they do it's usually a generic answer that's ISNT helpful at all. They always try to send you to urgent care or the ER or try and make you drive to Greenville to pick up meds when sick. That's a no go!! Optum health tha... read more
HORRIBLE. The only good thing about this clinic was the wonderful lady at the desk. she greeted me joyfully and got me checked in quick. i went into this appointment with some optimism. i ETS’d in March 2024. during service i suffered a TBI. i’ve got a long list of issues that need to be addressed. so when one of the first things said to me by nurse was how i wasn’t expected to be seen until next march, i was appalled. i have 90% disability…how is going ONCE a year for healthcare adequate?? i gave him a list of my issues tha... read more
