I'm so tired of the weight bias instead of addressing the presenting concerns... and the bedside manner of "Karen" is deplorable. Shame on you for treating veterans this way. (with PTSD- if you care to actually do your job and review notes....) -worked in medical records for 12 years. You're a red flag. Edit: if "Karen" is still located here, they shouldn't be touching any person, let alone a veteran (my opinion.)
