I routinely have a good experience here, some of the old staff who were great have left but the newer team members seem good as well. Others need to remember the VA is not a red carpet service that will cater to your every request. There is effort required on us, the veterans, as well. Make your scheduled appointments and follow up with the medical staff regarding your health concerns, a little bit of effort by calling or sending message through MyhealthEVet can go along way to get your concerns addressed.
