Why is this clinic not answering their phone calls??
I routinely have a good experience here, some of the old staff who were great have left but the newer team members seem good as well. Others need to remember the VA is not a red carpet service that will cater to your every request. There is effort required on us, the veterans, as well. Make your scheduled appointments and follow up with the medical staff regarding your health concerns, a little bit of effort by calling or sending message through MyhealthEVet can go along way to get your concerns addressed.

Directions don't know how to get there once you hit end of Crane St. Says turn left. DONT. Go straight into Hannaford plaza. Clinic is beyond Hannaford in plaza
