Shame that I thought they wanted to help.
Most of the staff seem caring in our experience. Been here a few times recently. Wait time has been small, care has been reasonably good. The security guard was an absolute gem.
Just moved to San Diego and have been taking 120 10 mg hydrocodone for 8 Spinal fractures and this VA refuses to refill my prescription. So now I'm in horrible pain and suffering withdrawals, just sighed up to transfer to Kaiser, finished with the VA here, they call themselves doctors, what a joke 🤣🤣🤣☠️
I went to the emergency room yesterday and spent the afternoon there. I found the wait times to be incredibly short. Every single staff member that I dealt with yesterday was extremely courteous, professional and very effective in their role. I'm very grateful for the services they provide and the manner in which they provide them. I would proudly recommend this place to any veteran!
Absolutely the worst ER you could possibly go to. I’ve been living in San Diego four years now and through the awful San Diego VA healthcare system where doctors force you to go to the ER for things as simple as prescription refills, the ER staff makes the experience as awful as they possibly can. They always have a negative attitude and seldom give any veteran what they come in requesting.
