Staying in Salt Lake City for 6 weeks, from Texas. Landed on my pinky snowboarding and thought I dislocated it. I made a splint with a popsicle stick and ride a couple more hours. Arrived to the ER at ~2100 and was out at ~2230. Pretty simple check-in, being out of state. Had an x-ray done, and had super cool doctor lady on staff! The guy who wore glasses draw my blood and left me with huge bruises. And how he did was hurt so bad to just draw the blood. Unprofessional and unskilled employee.
The people at the front desk were nice but we thought it was odd that the ID card office wasn't in this main building. We had to drive down the block to go to the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Clinic and go down to the basement to get an ID card. When you get an ID, it's mailed to you 2-3 weeks later; you don't receive it when you go here with that intention.
