After hours of waiting...Urology Dr for my husband with enlarged prostate, told hubby, can't do anything for you (without really examining the problem), closed the chart and left the room. We went to a different doctor...away from the Lousy VA MEDICINE, and my hubby got the help he needed. VA medicine is a horrible experience for veterans. They should be fired and replaced with real Healthcare professionals that give a damn about helping people.
Main hub for veterans, caregivers and families to conduct benefit statuses and medical claims.
Only choice, Regional office is disassociated from individuals, you can't get to them except by appointment and or call center. Don't assume that VA Medical talks to VA Regional, they don't, each has their own set of records which will not match. If the Data Center is incomplete, it seems no one talks to them either, you have to make sure VA Regional records are accurate. I don't know how to make them talk to each other, so good luck on fixing your issue.
