Blood pressure was 122/50 and they told me it's fine. I also did not get any clear answers to my questions.
I have been receiving medical care at the Fayette facility for a few years now. I haven't had a bad experience yet, all my needs or concerns are taking care of. All the staff have been friendly and professional. Only problems I had is with the people you talk to on the phone to get something scheduled, but that's not in the Fayette facility.
Make sure you speak at a submissive volume and praise the staff for their laziness, otherwise you will get hung up on and ignored.
Tried for two weeks to get a refill on a prescription and they are useless. My outside PCP has faxed the refill request three times and nothing. What they do with these? Called numerous times and can't talk to anyone... claims they will have someone call, but no one does.
