This VA facility here in plattsburgh, ny is amazing. The staff and receptionists are educated, courteous, thoughtful, and extremely dedicated to you as a veteran and a human being. Most of the staff are veterans themselves. Highly recommend
Great staff which is over worked but always put on a smile.
It's an awful shame when you're a 67 year old veteran can't get a back brace can't get a knee brace and trying to get his teeth fixed they can't even have the courtesy to call you back 😭 and the really thing that really bothers me is they've been keeping an eye on me for over 40 years and then all of a sudden I needed open heart surgery immediately. This VA location is just the best! Wonderful employees, awesome doctors. They are very attentive to all your medical needs. Highly recommend this place!!
Harder than hell to schedule, change, cancel an appointment because you call and have to listen to the automated message press the number your supposed to and then no one ever picks up. They also ask you what time works best and then schedule it at a time you actually said you couldn’t at all.
