Polite front desk personnel; however, scumbag (supposed to be a doctor from Nigeria, but was probably a dung shoveler prior to his appointment at the VA) is the very epitome of unprofessionalism. This doucebag is the reason "why" so many veterans rant against the VA. Unfortunately, this place seems to have a lot of people who have no desire to help veterans. Like many government employees, collecting a check is their sole purpose.
